The standards of East Sydney doctors are as high as they can get. The doctors are very professional, their medical care is very comprehensive and their attitude towards us patients is compassionate and friendly, when I am sick and worried about my health as soon as I walk into this clinic...I feel like walking into my sanctuary and a sense of wellness instantly develops in my mind. A big thank you to all the staff at this wonderful clinic. If I was asked how can the service at The East Sydney Doctors can be better? the answer is: you cannot improve perfection. ALEXXX♥️

I had to think how long I've been coming to this surgery and it surprised me - since way back when they were called '407 Doctors' at 407 Bourke St, before they moved to Burton St, Thats almost 30 years, and I think that says a lot about the standard of care here. I've always had kindness and help from the front desk staff (hello Aileen!), and first-class attention and care from the doctors and nurses, who often go the 'extra mile'. I'm sure other surgeries are well run too, but I feel like part of the furniture at ESD, they are my good neighbours, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

A very well-run practice, friendly and efficient. It was my first appointment with Dr Saltoon. He is approachable, tremendously knowledgeable about men's health, answered all my questions with authority and proposed a holistic approach moving forward. My new go-to GP.

I've been a patient at East Sydney Doctors for about seven years and can't recommend them enough. I've seen a number of physicians at the practice over that time and each and every time I have been given a thorough treatment plan and experienced a compassionate and thoughtful consultation. Highly recommend this practice, and my current doctor, Dr. Geale.

The clinic is truly inspiring, with beautiful and thoughtfully curated artwork that creates a welcoming atmosphere while waiting for an appointment. The staff are attentive and genuinely friendly, which really makes a difference — especially in keeping us informed about any delays. Overall, it’s a very positive and reassuring experience.

I saw Dr Charles Geale today and he was patient, thorough and thoughtful. It was a big appointment with a lot of issues to cover. He was very supportive and worked through them all. There was a problem looming with a specialist I had a falling out with so I was dreading this appointment. Charles was objective and supportive. The girls at the desk are patient, kind and hard working ; Eileen who I’ve know for years especially so. Finally the pathology lady (Pretpo) I believe is very calm and gentle. What more could you ask for. Love this surgery and their tireless endless support.

I was visiting Australia from Canada and became very sick while in Sydney a couple of days before I needed to fly home. Miraculously, this clinic had space for me the same day, and the medical office assistant explained the procedure for international patients. They were very understanding and accommodating. They had masks available and they also had adequate seating for being spaced out. The doctor I saw was on time (That’s a rarity in Canada!!!!!) and was very thorough in his diagnosis. He prescribed antibiotics and he gave me tips and tricks. I left there feeling super confident about my prognosis and about flying back home in a few days later. Everyone was polite and accommodating, and answered all of my questions with patience and reassurance. Highly recommend!! ❤️😊

I have always received wonderful care from my GP, Ercel Oszer at East Sydney Doctors. He is so attentive, knowledgeable & kind. I feel completely secure, knowing that he has my best interests at heart. I couldn’t recommend the whole practice highly enough.

I’ve had consistently good experiences at East Sydney Doctors. The staff are friendly and well organised, and appointments run on time. The doctors take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and never make you feel rushed. It’s reassuring to go to a practice that feels professional but still personal. I’d happily recommend them.

I had a positive experience. I made an appointment as a new patient without the hassle that I have encountered before. The person with whom I spoke was lovely. The doctor was excellent; knowledgeable and proactive. The nurse who did my bloods was also excellent and it was great having that service on site as otherwise it may have taken me days to get around to doing it! I feel like I am in very good hands and am glad I called on a whim to see if I could get an appointment. Thank you
